PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING 15 MINUTES EARLY
A 50% deposit of the workshop fee is due in advance to hold your seat. It is a non-returnable, non-refundable deposit. If it is within 2 weeks of the class the full amount is due with only 50% eligible for a refund. If the artist needs to cancel the class then 100% of your deposit/workshop fee will be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop start time, your workshop deposit and fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, you can transfer your spot to a friend, but please contact the shop to let Chelsea know his/her name. If you are not able to attend or have a replacement person, your workshop fee is nonrefundable. The reason being our teachers have to do prep work & make advance purchases to prepare for workshops.
